I recently had my carpets cleaned by Eric and his company, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the process. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure to address all of my concerns. The carpets look brand new, with stains and odors completely gone. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and care he put into his work. I spoke to Eric on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. I was super excited to get such a quick appointment. He was very easy to talk to and his prices were amazing!! When Eric arrived he was ready to work. He was thourough and honest. He made no excuses about an immovable stain.......grandchildren give the greatest gifts...... Anyway. I was pleased with the results and the carpet smells GREAT!! Because of my wonderful grandchildren and their long lasting gifts they leave behind, I added scotchguard! Eric was absolutely amazing!!! I had set in stains that had been in the carpet before I even moved here 2 years ago. He was able to remove them all and my carpet smells fresh and they are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they are doing.
